Welcome to Rethink Dental Inc. By accessing our website or using our mobile dental hygiene services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About Our Services

We provide mobile dental hygiene services, including:

  • Dental cleanings
  • Periodontal care
  • Teeth whitening
  • Oral health assessments
  • On-site workplace, home, and care facility visits

We are not a dental office and do not provide emergency dental care or dental surgery.

2. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not misuse or disrupt website functionality
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to servers or accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms, inquiries, or booking requests.

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Booking

Appointments may be booked:

  • Online
  • By phone
  • Through our onboarding form
  • Through referral from care facilities or workplaces

Cancellations

To avoid late cancellation fees:

  • Please provide 24 hours notice
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee
  • Missed appointments may be charged at full or partial rate

Workplaces and care facilities may have custom cancellation agreements.

4. Mobile Service Travel Policy

Because we operate a mobile clinic:

  • Travel fees may apply depending on location
  • Severe weather or unsafe driving conditions may require rescheduling
  • If parking or site access is not available, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled
  • We reserve the right to decline service if safety or accessibility is compromised

5. Service Eligibility & Accessibility Disclaimer

We aim to accommodate all clients, including seniors and people with limited mobility.

However, services may be limited if:

  • The mobile unit cannot safely access your driveway, facility, or parking area
  • You require medical dental treatment beyond a hygienist’s scope
  • You require sedation dentistry
  • There are infection control concerns

We will always refer you appropriately when needed.

6. First-Visit Promotion Disclaimer

Special offers or promotions (such as first-visit discounts) may:

  • Change or end at any time
  • Be limited to new clients only
  • Not be combined with other offers
  • Require online booking or onboarding

7. Payments

We accept:

  • Credit/debit card (online, phone, or in person)
  • Direct insurance billing (where available)
  • E-transfer

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.

8. Insurance & Claims

As a mobile dental hygiene clinic:

  • We collect insurance information during onboarding
  • We may submit claims on your behalf
  • Approval and coverage are determined by your insurer, not us
  • You are responsible for any remaining balances

9. Not a Replacement for Emergency Dental Care

Rethink Dental Inc. does not provide:

  • Emergency dentistry
  • Extractions
  • Surgical care
  • Emergency diagnostic services

If you experience pain, swelling, trauma, or an emergency, call your dentist or visit an emergency dental clinic immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

By using our website or services, you agree that:

  • You assume all responsibility for using the information on our site
  • We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from website errors, downtime, or service interruptions
  • Clinical services are provided by licensed dental hygienists operating within their professional scope

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and materials, are the property of Rethink Dental Inc. and may not be used without permission.
